Toby Shapiro is a concert photographer, photojournalist, and visual storyteller who is passionate about capturing emotion, movement, energy, and stories through images. Originally from New Jersey, Toby recently graduated from Chapman University in Orange County, CA with a BA in Strategic and Corporate Communication, where she explored the intersection of media, marketing, and visual storytelling.
While much of Toby's work is based in live music, her photography and storytelling extends to every subject and type of shoot. She aims to translate the emotion of performances, events, and stories into thoughtful visuals that resonate with their audiences.
Toby is currently seeking opportunities to tour with artists, join music festival media teams, take on editorial and creative projects, and collaborate with teams across the music and creative industries. She’s available for touring, local shoots, content creation, and more and is always open to new projects that push creative boundaries.
